THE LOCKE MID-EAST PLAN
I submit for approval to the American people and to the CONGRESS this new and comprehensive Foreign Policy plan for the "MID-EAST. I have named "OPERATION JERICHO
- I recommend the recall of General Sanchez to Active Duty and his assignment to THEATER COMMANDER.
- I ask the CONGRESS to consent to his promotion and that General Sanchez will Execute & Command "OPERATION JERICHO" and the re-deployment of US FORCES and whatever actions may follow.
- OPERATION JERICHO begins by re-deployment and mission change of our troops from todays mission of that of a Martial Law Police Force. Our Military Forces will turn over the security mission to Iraq locals block by block – town by town- as we redeploy our troops West and North to secure the Iraq borders. We declare a VICTORY and arm the locals to defend themselves and their government to finish their own Civil War as they so chose without outside interference. Of Course the Iraq and Saudi oil money will go to pay the U.S. War Cost and "protection cost" of saving their lands and freedoms. Freedom is not Free as we all have learned the hard way.

"As we move our troops to secure the Iraq oil fields and inside Saudi Arabia, we will explain to the Saudi people that "the price of oil is too high for the stability and security of the Western World" and "since our U.S. Military protects you and your oil from Iran and since we protected you Saudi Arabians from the invasion by Iraq during OPERATION DESERT SHIELD," we are hereby invoking price controls of $30 per barrel until such time as we conclude this crisis has passed". ALSO- "Our next check for oil payment will reflect the new prices for the oil which we Americans discovered and drilled and produced for you." "We realize you people are not greedy and wish the USA well so thank your for your understanding and compliance". - WARNING: INCLUDED IN OPERATION JERICHO carries a "western warning" to would be volunteers into the Iraq" Civil War. This Iraq Civil War is among the residence and citizens of Iraq-ONLY. Foreign intervention by supplies, weapons or human volunteers will not be tolerated. Any nations or state guilty of violating this "PROHIBITION OF INVOLVEMENT" will be considered "hostile" and classified as an "invading army" and shall be destroyed. This warning comes with ZERO TOLERANCE.
- No nation or state will be allowed to develop, build or deploy weapons of mass destruction or missile delivery systems capable of reaching or that can threaten the lives of the citizens of Israel or its allies. Violation of this ORDER will result in the elimination of such a threat. ZERO TOLERANCE.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Our troops are already in the Mid-East.
US TROOPS will be present in Saudi for a time and also in Israel for needed R&R.
US FORCES can do R&R [rest & recuperation] with their families in Israel and while visiting the Holy Land.
These R&R visits will help moral of Israeli & USA troops as we s-l-o-w-l-y withdraw thur S.A. This R & R in Israel will build and bind our two Armies together once and for all.
The Israelis are a wonderful people and I have worked with some in Paris and within their army. They are our natural allies and we need to "bond" our peoples and our soldiers as brothers.
Israel is a great Nation.
Also remember that the Israelis have been FORCED to accept an "indefensible plan" with the so called Palestinians. This "peace plan" can only fail. We need to straighten out all that PALEST IAN problem mess while the Army is there. These so called" Palestinians" are demanding a "home land" …ok….lets give them one. SAUDI ARABIA will be their new home land and each person will be rich. .All the oil money from the natural recourses of their new home land can be paid directly to these people. The oil money will be divide up equally::
Divide the number of oil $dollars by (the number of Palestine people) + (the number of S. Arabian people) = amount of each check
TODAY inside the KINGDOM of SAUDI ARABIA we know the KING of Saudi Arabia now takes all our oil $money for his personal use and that of his family as the citizens starve. Remember Ben Lade is a member of the "Royal Family".
THERE is your problem. Saudi Arabia.

for nukes as Iran has boasted it "would gladly become a martyr nation if it could take out Israel in a nuclear exchange." Israel needs to spread out
their military in their homeland where they are not so easily destroyed by these missiles. Also…Hezbollah is an arm of IRAN. Today, 17 months after the Israeli war, Hezbollah's missile arsenal is as deadly as ever, Hezbollah is more popular in Lebanon (and in the Middle East) than it was before the war, and Hezbollah's
leader, Hassan Nasrallah, feels confident enough to peek out for a cameo during a recent Ashura commemoration to taunt Israel, quite graphically, about various
body parts of Israeli soldiers in Hezbollah's possession. They are ghouls. Decide- that we 2008 Americans can pass this MID-EAST problem on to our children or one more
generation we want to? This mess must be fixed NOW while our Army and Navy is there in Theater. Do we pass this on to our children or do we fix it? You chose? Think on this.........

NEW CHANGE ORDERS FOR OUR MILITARY
The US MILITARY is past due for some major changes. I have listed my proposed Legislation I named ...... "THE MILITARY BENEFITS & ENTITLEMENTS ACT of 08" Under this act the following changes will be enacted: A. All active duty Military and retired military will now come under the same retirement program that the US Congress has chosen for themselves.

Realizing just how much we are loved by these professional politicians we want the same Retirement benefits as they gave themselves.
B. The Veterans Administration and all its facilities and all its resources shall now come under the direct command of the United States Army. The United States Army will take charge of all issues dealing of all medical, retirement, counseling, training, rehabilitation of all Veterans affairs of the Navy, Army, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard from this day forward.
C. Whereas we military personnel are "all one a giant family", we take our families unit very serious. Realize that any day we may loose a member to death while in the service of this Nation. THEREFORE husband and wife shall be declared one indestructible unit. If one member survives then the unit survives and is entitled to all pay and benefits of the unit as a whole. The Military Family Unit is indestructible and its pay and benefits shall not be diminished by death.
D. Military Personnel active retired or dependents, and Family Units shall not pay tax on tax
on pay or benefits due to Active Duty or Retired or Veterans of the
E. All veterans or retired military or members of a Family Unit or dependents shall be received upon request at all Military bases. Medical, counseling, rehab, training, shall be provided under the Command of the commanding officer. Should a veteran be homeless or ill and/or unable to make it to the gate of a Military Base upon receipt of a phone call transportation shall be arranged to the base for the Veteran or personnel by the Military. The needs of the individual shall be assessed by meet by the Commanding Officer.

In October of 1995 a Army Medic, Spec. Micheal New, refused an illegal order to give up his status as US Army soldier to become a United Nations Peacekeeper and serve under a foreign commander and received a Bad Conduct Discharge (BCD). I Support the "Citizen Soldier Protection Act " assuring that none of America's soldiers are ever again forced to serve under the United Nations or any other foreign power against their will.
